Our Phase Dates Explained

We wanted to clearly explain our phase dates, the history behind them and how they work.
It also allows us the opportunity to correct an earlier typo that may have been picked up by the more eagle-eyed of you!

As this is an event produced by friends, for friends and about making friends, a lot of our information and invitations operate on a trickle down format.
PHASE 1. 28th October 15h00

Normally phase 1 invitations are reserved for guests who've attended the previous year, they get first option on tickets.
For Cape Town's first event, as the Hosting Team together with our Group and Bus leaders, we send out invitations to our network of people.
PHASE 2. 4th November 15h00
To follow the original ethos created in Paris 27 years ago, those people who secured a spot in Phase 1 are then allowed to sponsor a friend to attend.

Let's also clarify our wording here, in this context 'sponsor' means refer a friend/ send them an invitation to buy a ticket, not pay for them!
PHASE 3. 11th November 15h00
The final phase then opens up to the loyal fans who have registered on the waiting list
Attendence here is secured on a 'first come first served basis', so don't delay when you receive the official invitation emailed to you with your unique code enclosed.

Next year you'll all be in Phase 1. :-)

Should you have any questions, keep an eye on Facebook or email us and we'll do our utmost to walk you through this exciting but all too new process.
